United Square

Positioned in a prime location in the Al Khalidiya corniche district of Abu Dhabi, United Square is a mixed-use development that combines prestigious residences, integrated office spaces, a boutique retail zone, and recreational areas. As its name suggests, United Square brings people together. It is an urban nucleus, where residents can comfortably live, work, shop, and play. The revitalisation of the Corniche Special District includes United Square. The development will be an active and an integral part of the urban fabric. The eye-catching curvilinear shape of its three integrated towers helps them to stand out above the city streets, facing the direction of the sea. Epitomising the graceful fluidity of that nearby water, the design aesthetics of United Square are drawn from natural resources and a progressive environmental attitude. The project prioritises the use of renewable and locally produced materials, in line with ICT's philosophy of sustainable development.
